Apricot-Cream Cheese Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dried apricots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    12 sheets fillo dough
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon butter and just enough water to cover bottom of pan (about 1/4 cup).
    Cut apricots into fourths or half. Add apricots to saucepan; pour sugar on top and mix.
    Place saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, to keep apricots from sticking and until apricots are softened. This takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
