Taco Salad(Club Member: Keisha Hudson) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    1 medium head lettuce, torn in bite-size pieces
    1 large tomato, cut into wedges
    1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. sharp natural Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet. Sprinkle soup mix over top. Stir in 3/4 cup water; mix well. Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Combine next 6 ingredients in large bowl; toss well. Place lettuce mixture on individual salad plates. Spoon ground beef mixture on top. Sprinkle corn chips on top. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
