Oyster Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 pt. oysters
    1/2 c. milk
    parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter. Add crumbs and mix well.
    Spread 1/3 of the mixture in greased baking dish.
    Put half of the oysters on top of crumbs in one layer. Season with salt and pepper.
    Add a layer of crumbs, then a layer of oysters, then a final layer of crumbs. Pour milk over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes until top is browned. Garnish with parsley.
