Farmhouse Barbecue Muffin Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10)
    1 lb. ground beef, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper
    1/2 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded cheese
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Separate dough into 10 biscuits; flatten into 5-inch circles and press into bottom and sides of greased muffin cups.
    Set aside.
    In skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
    In small bowl, mix catsup, brown sugar, vinegar and chili powder; stir until smooth. Add to meat and mix well.
    Divide between biscuit lined cups, about 1/4 cup each.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden.
    Cool 5 minutes before removing from tins.
    Makes 10 servings.
