Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 or 3 Tbsp. flour or tapioca
    6 to 8 medium size peaches, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell (double crust).
    Add top crust and seal.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or longer if needed.
