Potato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes (Southern style, frozen)
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together; cover with 2 cups of crushed potato chips and 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
