Autumn Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 lb. box graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
1 c. coconut
1 c. drained crushed pineapple (save juice)
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add cracker crumbs, pineapple, coconut and baking powder; mix well.
Then add nuts.
Bake in greased tube pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
When cake is cool, ice with following:
