Potatoes And Chicken Rosemary - cooking recipe

4 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 lb. boned and skinned chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled
Preparation

Microwave the potatoes 8 to 10 minutes until tender. While potatoes cook, in a large skillet, toss and brown chicken and garlic in oil over high heat 5 minutes. Add potatoes and rosemary. Saute and toss until potatoes are lightly brown.
Season with salt and pepper.
