Betty'S California Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    4 heaping tsp. salt
    pepper
    onions
    3/4 c. flour
    4 c. cool broth
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    peas
    carrots
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts with skin and bones and salt, pepper and onions.
    Cool and pick out the white meat.
    Add flour to cool broth.
    Bring to a boil while stirring.
    Add heavy cream, drained peas and carrots and chicken pieces.
