Molasses Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. margarine (1 c.)
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. molasses (light)
2 c. hot water
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients into crumbs.
Set aside 1 1/2 to 2 cups of crumbs for topping.
Into the rest of the crumbs, add remaining ingredients.
Blend with spatula and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle crumbs on top.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 45 to 55 minutes.
