Liquid Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. half and half
    1/8 tsp. salt
    vanilla to taste
    3 drops yellow food coloring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a wire whisk.
    Pour mixture through a strainer.
    Chill.
