Hawaiian Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded
    2/3 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 medium green pepper
    2 c. Stove Top stuffing
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix hot water and oleo in bowl.
    Stir in stuffing mix, peppers and 1/2 pineapple and syrup.
    Spoon stuffing on breasts and roll up tight.
    Secure with toothpicks.
    Place in 9-inch pan with remaining stuffing in center.
