Pat'S Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix flour, milk, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg.
    Pour in pan.
    Add vanilla to the peaches and pour this over the batter. Melt butter or margarine and pour over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    I usually double the recipe for my pan.
