Swedish Raisin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. milk
1/2 lb. butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cardamon
1 lb. raisins
2 cakes yeast
flour
Preparation

Heat milk and add butter.
Beat eggs and sugar together.
Add salt, cardamon and raisins.
Pour in warm milk and add yeast which has been dissolved in a little water.
Add enough flour to knead into a soft dough.
Set aside to rise.
Shape into loaves and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
