Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef round or sirloin, cut in thin, narrow 2-inch slices
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    13 oz. can mushrooms with broth
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in fat.
    Add onions, garlic and celery.
    Cook until golden.
    Stir in flour; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Turn into a 3-quart greased casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cover casserole for first hour.
    Serve on noodles or mashed potatoes.
    Serves 6.
