Veg-Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. stew meat
    5 potatoes
    5 to 6 carrots
    1 can corn
    1 can peas
    1 can green beans
    1 can okra
    2 tsp. meat tenderizer
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 large onion
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Stir-fry meat with meat tenderizer, salt, pepper and 1/2 onion.
    In large pot add potatoes, carrots, corn, peas, green beans, okra and 1/2 onion.
    When meat is tender and cooked, mix in with vegetables and tomato sauce.
    Spice to taste.
    Add water if needed.
    Cook on medium to medium-low for 2 hours.
