Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe bananas
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Mash bananas.
    Mix all the ingredients together and pour into an oiled and floured Bundt pan.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 40 to 50 minutes.
    Watch for cake to pull away from pan.
    Very moist cake. You can serve with or without icing or with a dollop of whipped cream.
