Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (6 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) mushrooms, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix 1/2 cheese and save half for the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until done. Place the remaining cheese on the top and melt.
