Chicken Garlic Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 oz.) whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    4 oz. soft cream cheese
    2 to 4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. green onions and tops, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    fine dry bread crumbs
    salad oil
    1/4 to 1/2 c. tomato, chopped, for garnish
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts to about 1/8-inch thick.
    Combine softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onions, salt and pepper to make paste.
    Place 1/4 of mixture on half of each chicken breast. Fold other half over to seal mixture inside and secure with toothpick.
    Roll lightly in bread crumbs.
    Saute in skillet in hot vegetable oil for 3 minutes per side.
    Transfer to baking sheet and bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 6 minutes or until done. Garnish with chopped tomatoes.
