No-Fat Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
1 c. chopped tomato
1/3 c. frozen peas, thawed
1/3 c. frozen corn kernels, thawed
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. honey
1/8 tsp. white pepper (optional)
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. crushed dried oregano
1/2 tsp. crushed dried basil
Preparation

Combine rice, tomato, peas, corn and green onions in serving bowl.
Beat together remaining ingredients for dressing and pour over rice, mixing well.
Cover and chill for 15 minutes.
Toss again before serving.
