Marlene'S New Year'S Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) pork roast
    2 lb. Polish sausage
    1 large can sauerkraut
    2 cans Pillsbury biscuits
Preparation
    Place pork roast in 5-quart Dutch oven.
    Add Polish sausage and sauerkraut.
    Add 1 quart of water and cover with lid.
    Cook until pork is tender, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours in a 375\u00b0 oven. Remove from the oven.
    Arrange canned biscuit dough over top of dish and bake an additional 30 minutes.
    You have a complete meal ready to eat.
