Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; shape into balls.
    Brown in shortening.
    Use with
    favorite sauce.
