Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 16 oz. spaghetti
    5 split chicken breasts (about 4 1/2 c.)
    1 medium onion
    1 small green pepper, diced
    2 stalks celery, minced
    1/2 stick oleo
    5 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1 large can black olives, sliced
    1/2 lb. diced cheese
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    1 small jar diced pimento
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook diced onion, green pepper and celery in oleo until tender.
    Stir in flour and gradually add broth and milk to make a thin white sauce.
    Add cheese, olives, mushrooms, pimento and cooked, deboned chicken, cut in bite size pieces.
