Creamy Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags fresh carrots, sliced thin
    1 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon
    1 bunch scallions
    1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil carrots and chicken bouillon in water for 15 minutes. Saute scallions in butter.
    Add Cheez Whiz, sour cream and milk. Mix all together in a buttered baking dish and cover with parsley and bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
