Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 or 3 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and beat.
Sift flour and soda together; add to creamed mixture.
Add oats and mix well. I like to keep these refrigerated overnight.
These can be dropped from spoon or rolled out or formed into balls.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Rather underbaked than overbaked.
I prefer 3 cups of oats.
