Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 cooked, peeled and diced potatoes
1 lb. American cheese, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
1/2 lb. chopped, partially fried bacon
Preparation

Combine potatoes, cheese, onion and mayonnaise.
Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top with bacon and olives.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 12.
