Dk Wright'S Favorite Artichoke Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
garlic salt
pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Drain artichoke hearts and chop.
Add cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and seasonings to taste.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool for 5 to 8 minutes before serving.
Serve as spread for crackers.
Makes 6 servings.
