Vegetable And Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean boneless roast, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 large can tomatoes
1/2 stick butter
2 medium zucchini, cubed
salt
pepper
3 medium potatoes, cubed
1 pkg. frozen green beans
1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
3 carrots, cut in pieces
1 pkg. frozen butter beans
1/2 medium cabbage, cut in small pieces
Preparation

Cube beef and brown in large pot in small amount of oil.
Add tomatoes after putting them through blender.
Add onion, celery, zucchini, carrots, beans, butter beans, cabbage, potatoes and butter.
Cook slow for about 1 to 2 hours, the longer the better.
