Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Chill until firm (this step is optional, makes rolling easier).
    Roll into walnut size balls. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 48 to 50.
