Honey Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening or oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. honey
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. double strength cold coffee
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Cream sugar, eggs and shortening or oil well. Add honey and beat well. Add alternating with coffee the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle with nuts and raisins with tablespoon of flour and add to batter. Bake in a deep greased Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
