Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. walnuts
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. grated carrots
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Cream sugars, butter and eggs.
    Mix in a little flour at a time.
    Add vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add carrots and walnuts last. Bake in greased, floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serve plain or add your favorite frosting.
