Good Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/3 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. coconut
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nuts, diced dried fruit and raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together first 6 ingredients. Add honey, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes (watch so it doesn't scorch).
    Cool on paper towels.
    Eat for a snack or with milk for breakfast.
