Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, diced
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and put into loaf baking dish.
Cook on Medium for 12 to 14 minutes.
Brush top with ketchup.
