Vickie'S Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 chopped onion
    Tabasco or Louisiana hot sauce
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    garlic powder
    Ricotta cheese
    1 block Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion; add tomato sauce, paste and whole tomatoes. Season with oregano, sugar, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 30 to 45 minutes.
