Red Hot Sandwich Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. skinless frankfurters, cut in 1/2 cubes
3/4 lb. sharp cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
3 Tbsp. minced scallions
12 frankfurter buns, split
1/3 c. chopped stuffed olives
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chili sauce
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine franks, cheese, scallions, olives, eggs, chili sauce and mayonnaise; mix thoroughly.
Open buns; fill each with about 1/3 cup of frank mixture.
(Bun will close only partially.)
Wrap each bun in heavy-duty or broiler foil, twisting ends tightly. Store in refrigerator until ready for use.
Before serving, place wrapped buns on grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
