Applesauce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. applesauce
1 pkg. orange Jell-O
3 Tbsp. red cinnamon candies
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Melt cinnamon candies in
1 cup
boiling water and pour over orange Jell-O.
Add
the applesauce, mayonnaise and cream cheese, which have been mixed together.
Let cool until almost thick. Add
nuts and
celery.
Chill
until
firm.
Mold
if desired.
