Nonna Zelenda'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lasagna noodles
    3 lb. ground beef
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    3 eggs
    salt, pepper, parsley flakes and onion salt to taste
    2 jars Ragu or your own sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    2 cans tomato puree
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Brown meat.
    Saute onions (add peppers or mushrooms if desired), then add 2 jars of Ragu, parsley flakes, salt, pepper, 2 small cans tomato puree and 1 can tomato paste.
    Simmer 1/2 hour.
