Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. or 1 small can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together well the eggs, sugar, flour, milk, margarine, flavoring, vanilla and coconut.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes two 9-inch pies in aluminum pans.
