Low-Fat Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    1 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. 2% low-fat (or not fat) cottage cheese
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Over very low heat, melt chocolate.
    Cool slightly.
    In blender or food processor, puree all ingredients, except chocolate and powdered sugar until smooth.
    Add melted chocolate.
    Blend well.
    Pour into an 8-inch square pan, sprayed with Pam.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until just set at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Cut into 16 squares.
