Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boned, skinned and trimmed chicken, cut in cubes
    soy sauce
    1 pkg. frozen stir-fry vegetables or fresh vegetables, cleaned and cut*
    2 cans sliced water chestnuts
    Pam spray or 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    *Broccoli, green beans, green peppers and others of your choice can be used.
