Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. peeled chopped apples
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
3 c. flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. rum flavoring
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Add soda to peeled apples and set aside.
Beat oil and sugar until well mixed.
Add eggs one at a time and beat.
Add flavoring.
Add flour 1/2 cup at a time.
Beat well.
Add nuts to apples and stir into batter.
Bake in tube pan 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
