Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 c. Wesson oil
2/3 c. cold water
3 1/4 c. flour (plain)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients, adding eggs, one at a time.
In separate bowl, blend all remaining ingredients together and sift into pumpkin mixture.
Blend well.
Pour into 2 small or 1 large greased loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
