Cheese Chilies Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. melted oleo, cooled
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. canned cream-style corn
1/2 c. minced green onions
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Whisk together eggs, yogurt and oleo in a medium bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix until just well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into greased 10-inch heavy skillet and bake 40 minutes.
