Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Prepare cornbread according to package directions.
    Cool. Crumble cornbread into large container.
    Add onion, celery, pepper and tomatoes to cornbread.
    Combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Add to cornbread mixture and stir well.
    Chill.
    Yields 12 servings.
