Baked Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
5 slices bread, crust removed and broken into small pieces
1 can crushed pineapple (with juice)

Preparation

Cream together butter, sugar and egg to blend well, then stir with bread and pineapple.
Bake in greased casserole (I put butter in the casserole pan or Easy Off the pan) at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
