Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green bell pepper
    1 purple onion
    1 zucchini
    sour cream
    cream of chicken soup
    melted butter
    bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil green bell pepper, purple onion and zucchini until tender.
    Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
    Melt butter into bread crumbs.
    Line bottom of casserole dish with 1/2 breading and soup (after greasing), then pour on mixed vegetables. Top with remainder of breading and soup mix.
    Place Parmesan cheese on top during last 10 minutes of baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
