Texas Jack Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. uncooked rice
1 large container sour cream
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can jalapenos
Preparation

Mix rice and sour cream together.
In a buttered casserole dish, put a layer of rice mixture.
Top with a layer of cheese. Dot with butter.
Continue to layer ingredients in casserole until all are used.
Top with a layer of grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
