Pineapple Nut Bread Or Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. maraschino cherries, cut in thirds
    pinch of salt
    1 can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. dates, chopped
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in order given.
    Bake in a number 2 can or loaf pans, greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
