Sunday Ham Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chopped or boiled ham, sliced very thin or chopped
    1 c. finely cut celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. water
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in small amount of margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer at least 1/2 hour with lid on.
    Remove lid and simmer until liquid is thickened.
    Serve in hamburger buns. May be made ahead and stored in refrigerator.
    Also may be frozen.
