Nunn Better Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    2/3 c. sweet milk
    3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Sift flour and then measure.
    Cut shortening into flour with a fork.
    Add milk to make a sweet dough.
    Turn out on a lightly floured board and knead gently 1/2 minute.
    Roll dough out 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut biscuits out.
    Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
